DgtalGallery offers a 15-day free trial for all new accounts. During this period, you have full access to all features to ensure the platform meets your business needs. No credit card is required to start the trial.

2. Subscription Payments

After the 15-day trial, you must select a subscription plan to continue using the services. All subscription payments are processed securely and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your gallery will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be deactivated. No further charges will be made.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical failures that prevented use of the service). To request a review, please contact our support team.
